Dr Johan Blickman

Dr. Blickman has over 30 years of international high level academic pediatric imaging experience. He was born in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and in 1978 earned his M.D. degree at Boston University, USA. Later, he completed fellowships in Pediatric Radiology at Harvard Medical School and in Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Boston, USA. After that he in 1991, finished his PhD at Erasmus University, Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Since then he is a pediatric radiologist, and has written 8 books and more than 120 articles.
Dr. Blickman is a former professor and Radiologist-in-Chief at the Golisano Children’s Hospital at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC). He has also served as the chairman of the Department of Radiology at University Medical Center (UMC) Nijmegen and associate professor of Radiology at the Harvard Medical School.
